• Server Log & Hosting Data: When you browse our Site, our cloud web hosting infrastructure (such as Vercel or Netlify) automatically records standard web request data (including IP address, browser type, referral headers, and timestamps) strictly for server security, network routing, and uptime monitoring.
• Live Chat Support Data: If you choose to send messages via our customer support widget (Crisp Chatbot), the text, inquiry details, and session metadata you provide are processed to help answer your questions.

We use the collected information strictly for operational and educational purposes, including to:

• Calculate point totals, cohort bonus points, and milestone progress for Google Cloud Arcade participants.
• Publish public Leaderboards to help learners and facilitators track peer progress and swag tier eligibility.
• Provide customer support and resolve user inquiries through our integrated live chat widget.
• Maintain site security, prevent spam, and block unauthorized scraping or fraudulent profile submissions.

User profile metadata and leaderboard stats are stored in MongoDB Atlas databases protected by enterprise-grade access controls, TLS encryption in transit, and encrypted storage at rest.

While we implement reasonable security practices to protect your data, please note that no internet-based platform can guarantee absolute 100% security.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or monetize your personal information under any circumstances.

Because ArcadeCalc displays information retrieved from your public Google Skills Boost profile, making your profile private on Google Skills Boost will prevent further tracking.
